Limits and troubleshooting

Problem	Why	What to do
"No data" on a report	No observed visits in the window	Widen the window, enlarge the catchment, or move the pin. Demographics and Area snapshot usually still work.
Compare stops with "No data found"	One site has no visits	Change the sites or widen the window.
"Cannot compute cannibalization risk"	The proposed site or a store has no visits	Pin a nearby existing place, widen the window, or enlarge the catchment.
Run is slow	Several reports per site run in the background	Wait. You can leave the page. One run at a time per analysis.
Run failed	Timeout or transient error	Click Retry; it resumes from the failed step.
"Will start a new analysis" warning	You changed sites, floor areas or time window	Save the current one first. Changing the catchment does not trigger it.
Audience fit shows a tiny number	Criteria too narrow or catchment too small	Start with one or two broad criteria. Try a larger radius.
Travel-time shape looks wrong	Pin is off the road network	Move the pin onto a road.
Address lands in the wrong place	Geocoding resolved elsewhere	Use coordinates or drop a pin.
"Polygon is too small"	Under 1 km²	Draw a larger shape.

Limits:

Catchments up to 10 km; 2 to 3 sites in Compare; 1 proposed site, 3 stores and 3 competitors in Cannibalization; 3 documents per deal; 50 custom fields per deal; polygons in Location Insights only.
