Overview:

Enrich HubSpot contacts with verified external data through Factori's enrichment engine. This integration gives you structured field mapping, selective enrichment, and a safe bi-directional sync back to HubSpot.

What you can do:

• Import contacts from HubSpot
• Map HubSpot properties to Factori identifiers
• Enrich contacts with verified data
• Selectively update individual records
• Sync enriched fields back to HubSpot without overwriting existing data

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• Admin access or authorized user access on Factori
• Sufficient enrichment credits (upgrade if needed)
• At least one identifier available in HubSpot:
  - Email (recommended)
  - Phone
  - LinkedIn URL
  - First Name
  - Company Name
