For every POI you download, 1 credit is deducted from your total balance. For example, downloading 5 different POIs will deduct 5 credits.

Is there an option for automatic payment when my credits run out?

Yes, with our Auto Top-Up option, you can set a credit threshold, and once your balance drops below it, the system will automatically purchase additional credits.

How is credit usage calculated?

For every POI you download, 1 credit is used. 1 POI = 1 credit — that’s how the credit usage process works.

Can I select multiple POIs while viewing data on maps?

Yes, you can select multiple POIs on both the map and in the table view, which helps you perform better analysis.
